These Terms & Conditions apply to all counselors and clinics registered with TEN31 Health.

Eligibility

You must hold valid professional credentials and licenses to provide counseling services. You agree to maintain all required certifications and comply with applicable laws.

Service Fees

By joining, you agree to pay a service fee based on the agreed percentage per session billed. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

Professional Conduct

You agree to provide services in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner. TEN31 Health reserves the right to suspend accounts for unprofessional conduct.

Data Privacy

You are responsible for maintaining client confidentiality and following privacy regulations.

Termination

TEN31 Health may suspend or terminate your membership if you violate these Terms.
